"Reading and writing have always been a tremendously important part of my family's life. To have the chance to share this pleasure with adults who didn't have the same opportunities I had is one of the most rewarding volunteer experiences I could ever imagine."

“To have a student thank you for taking time to help them is mystifying to me. I am the one in awe of them as they meet & overcome their challenges. I suppose in the end we are learning from each other. Truly inspiring.”
